Who we are
BridgeSphere is a workforce management platform (attendance, leave, payroll, assets and team messaging) operated by BridgeNatix, Lahore, Pakistan. Your employer (the “workspace”) chooses to use BridgeSphere and is the controller of the data about you inside it; BridgeNatix processes that data on the employer’s behalf.
What the apps collect
- Account and employment data — name, work email, employee code, department, designation, reporting line, and the attendance, leave, payslip and asset records your employer maintains for you.
- Location (mobile app, optional) — when you check in or out, the app reads your device location once, with your permission, to verify you are within your workplace’s geofence. The coordinates of that punch and whether mock location was detected are stored with the attendance record. Location is never collected in the background.
- Biometric unlock (mobile app, optional) — Face ID / fingerprint is handled entirely by your device’s operating system; BridgeSphere only receives a yes/no result and never stores biometric data.
- Push notification token — a device token so your employer’s workspace can notify you about approvals, messages and reminders.
- Messages and files you send in workspace channels and direct messages, which are visible to the people in those conversations.
- Technical data — IP address, device/app version and request logs kept for security and troubleshooting.
How it is used
Only to provide the service to your employer: recording attendance, running payroll, managing leave and assets, delivering messages and notifications, keeping an audit trail of changes, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use the data for profiling unrelated to your employment.
Sharing
Data is visible to the people in your workspace according to their role (for example, HR and your manager). It is shared with service providers only as needed to run the platform: our hosting provider, and Expo’s push service to deliver notifications. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Security and retention
Every workspace’s data is isolated at the database level, bank details are encrypted at rest, connections use HTTPS, and sensitive reads are audited. Records are retained for as long as your employer keeps the workspace and as required by employment and tax law; when a workspace is closed its data is deleted.
Your choices
- Location and notification permissions can be revoked at any time in your device settings; check-in then requires a non-geofenced method configured by your employer.
- You can view your own profile, attendance and payslips in the app, and request corrections through your HR team.
- To exercise access, correction or deletion rights, contact your employer’s HR administrator first, or us at the address below.
Children
BridgeSphere is a workplace tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date above. Material changes are announced inside the app.
